BANK TRANSFER
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with the bank details of Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s., after which the products will be put aside until the money is transferred to our account. You are required to send a copy of the payment via FAX or via email within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation. If Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s. does not receive a copy of the payment within this time frame, the order will be cancelled. We will ship your order when the money is transferred to our bank account and as soon as the products are available in our warehouse.
PAYPAL
If you choose to pay with PAYPAL, you can use your Paypal account. Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s. is entitled to ship the products only to the address indicated on the Paypal account.
RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS
In order to secure your products during the shipment, the shipper requests the signature of the consignee for receiving their order at the time of delivery. If this is not possible, the products will not be delivered. If the package has some imperfections at the time of delivery, the customer must open it in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking that the products are in good condition, the number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the order and the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly must be written on the carrier’s delivery note. Any problem in the delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped by Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s. from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s. ship their products all over Italy through the carrier Generico.
Estimated time for delivery from shipping date: from 3 to 5 working days.
IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for products that are already available in the warehouse are shipped on the first business day after the day in which the order is placed. However, Sapori e Profumi di Positano S.a.s. is entitled to postpone the delivery date if events of force majeure occur.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, in the matter of distance selling, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason and without providing explanations. The communication must be sent after prior warning by writing to the email address info@saporidipositano.com
NB: In the letter in which the right of withdrawal is requested, it is necessary to indicate the details
of a bank or post office account to issue a refund of the due amount (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder).
The right of withdrawal can be exercised if:
1. The Customer contacts our office via email or telephone to express their wish to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal and request a “Withdrawal Code”, which needs to be written in the registered letter to manage the product that will go back to our warehouse;
2. The Customer express their wish to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal as described above;
3. The purchased product is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment, e.g. manuals) and with the “withdrawal code” on the outside of the package.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be examined to assess any damage or alteration that was not caused by transport. After checking the integrity of the product, we will refund you by bank transfer to the bank account you have communicated no later than 30 days after receiving the registered letter.
The reimbursement corresponds to the price of the purchased product and the net cost incurred to deliver the product.
