1. Subject of the Contract
The seller offers for sale artisanal products typical of Positano, including:
Food Sector: Limoncello, candies, and derivatives.
Handcrafted Items: Ceramics, bags.
Wellness and Home: Candles, home fragrances, and personal care products.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices are indicated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment must be made at the time of order through the secure channels provided on the site (credit cards or other methods indicated at checkout).
3. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipments are entrusted to the logistics partner Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) to ensure maximum safety, especially for fragile items such as ceramics and bottles. Costs vary depending on the delivery address.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs procedures (for the USA). On average, 7–10 days for Europe, 15–24 days for the USA.

5. Age Restrictions
The purchase of alcoholic products, including Limoncello, is restricted to Customers who are at least 18 years of age, or who have reached the legal minimum age required in their country of residence.
